I always loved the one in the hotel in Hungary in Hitman Contracts, I don't know why. Maybe I secretly always dreamt of being a cleaning maid in a hotel...
I game mainly on the PS4, but I've gotta give credit where credit is due, MS has recently done one hell of a job at at least trying and turning their fortunes around. New more powerful system, BC program, meaningful system updates, acquisition of plenty new studios... Sony is only as good as Microsoft forces them to be with what's (most of the time at least) healthy competition.
Now to see what games those 7 new studios are going to come up with.
Damn some tweets. Better not stir up sh!t with the Russians I swear, lol. If only the French and other people had been as vocal with Battlefield 1 and its misrepresentation of WW1 (including its cover) ...
Seriously though, what's so special about that game? How come this and Fortnite are beating everybody and their mother's expectations in terms of popularity? I honestly don't understand and would like to know.
I'm with you there, only a month after the release of the original model, that's nothing short of shameful, and I've always been an SNK and NG fan.
Wé actually pretty much never get any remasters on the PS4...
One thing I'll never get about the PS4 is why we have to install our games entirely on the system'HDD when we only had partial installs on the PS3, and why in spite of that we still have to insert the goddamn disc every time we want to play the game. If all the data is on the HDD why make us go through the chore of taking the disc from our shelves, take it out of its case and insert it when we could be saving the drive by just using the data...
I don't know if that's ...
Sweet Jesus, are you on Microsoft's payroll or what???
I doubt even the PS5 will have enough grunt to emulate the PS3 games. Man, that Cell processor, it's...
No, it's for the PS4 games on the PS5, and only that (which is fantastic news in and of itself btw)
"Is this confirmation of PS5 backwards compatibility?"
Yes it is. I always knew they were going to make the PS5 BC with PS4 games. I could've bet a million and would be rich by now.
They'll keep the same architecture since it's benefited them so well. And I'm now betting it'll be 399$/€, too. With a few good AA titles for the first batch, it should fly off shelves like the PS4... which I now kinda regret buying, so late in th...
They can use PCSX or any other emulator for all I care, but we should have an option to add more titles in there, like we shoulda been able to do with the classic NES & SNES. That list of games doesn't quite do it for me. Where are Castlevania Symphony of the Night, RE2, RE3, Silent Hill, Jumping Flash 2, Crash trilogy, Die Hard trilogy, etc.
That sounds like a muslim country, where everything including listening to Music or laughing is prohibited, like in Afghanistan or Pakistan or somewhere, geez.
I can't believe they still make us run by tapping the X button in RDR2. Why not just allow us to briefly tap the left analog stick like in FPS mode?
Hyperbolic much? Nobody is "livid" that the PS4 Pro version is not true native 4K, it was to be expected with a game that has such a vast open world with a lot of intricate details, on a system that came out a whole 1 year before MS's system and cost 100$ less.
What's more problematic however is how 3rd-party publishers more often than not flatout refused to use the extra power found in the PS4 (and then the PS4 Pro) compared to MS's systems up until t...
I'm sure it's going to be a solid experience across the bored yes, even gamers bored out of their mind will find that game will stir up their interest ;-)
Of course RDR2 is going to be a small revolution in the gaming industry, it could very well do GTA V-like figures when it comes to sales and be GOTY, as there are millions of grown-up gamers this side of the planet who are waiting for it to relive their childhood memories of playing cowboys and indians. Nostalgia is pretty much always synonymous with big bag of cash.
Good ol' Nintendo! Feels like 1992 again with the release of the SNES's version of Mortal Kombat.
You can always count on Ninty to be Ninty, lol
Optical port? You mean a port to connect an optical cable to enjoy surround sound with an AV receiver? The PS4 Slim and base PS4 have it too, even the PS3 has it, and so did the PS2 (even though there were only a handful of games that had cutscenes in DD 5.1)
So, no Gamescom for Sony this year, no Paris Games Week, no Playstation Xperience, and no E3 2019 next year either... They have either decided to commit a commercial suicide, or they really have nothing more to show when it comes to Ps4 games and don't want to repeat themselves with more footage of The Last of Us II, Days Gone, Ghost of Tsushima, Death Stranding or Dreams, or that rumored buyout of Quantic Dream is really costing them a fortune to the point they can't even afford shel...
